Rick Singh is the CEO of Altras Capital, a globally recognised multi family office advisory firm that provides bespoke solutions for their elite client list. The platform focuses on five pillars: fundraising, structured finance, private equity, special solution JVs, and philanthropy.
Rick is a specialist in fundraising through debt and equity routes. He has extensive expertise and global reach through FOs, UHWNIs, institutions, and Altras’ own balance sheet. Rick has participated in $10Bn+ of fundraising during his tenure at Altras. He was previously a Senior Banker at Credit Suisse within the Private & Investment bank concentrating on special situation syndication on the technology segment for company buyouts. After his tenure at CS, Rick moved on to Standard Chartered Bank where his emphasis was on creating liquidity events for his client base and then focusing in strategic asset allocation thereafter.
He holds an Honours BA from the University of Toronto, Canada and an MBA from CASS Business School, United Kingdom.

Adam Ramlugon
Strategic Counsel
Adam Ramlugon serves as Strategic Counsel at Altras Capital and is a member of the board.
Adam focuses on an array of transaction management, execution issues, and strategic development thus having worked on over $9Bn of transactional value throughout his career. Adam holds an LLB from the University of Cardiff and an LPC from the University of West England. He is an English qualified lawyer who trained at a niche superyacht and luxury asset law firm where he took partnership in 2013. This reportedly made him one of the youngest lawyers to hold such office at a City of London law firm. He is also a Partner at Hannaford Turner LLP another award winning law firm headquartered in the City of London. His legal practice is ranked by the Chambers and Partners legal directory, where clients praise him as “excellent in every regard” and “in a class of his own”.
Michael Joseph Ryan
Senior Strategic Advisor
Michael J. Ryan is a Senior Strategic Advisor to Altras Capital and is a member of the board.
Michael is a serial entrepreneur with a superior expertise in the technology domain evidenced by the sale of his previous company E-lites in 2014 to JTI where he acted as their chairman. He focuses on the advisory element on our fundraising, private equity offerings from Series A all the way through to IPO, and special solution JVs.
Michael holds a BA from the University of Birmingham.
Mark Hayward
Strategic Advisor to Aviation
Mark Hayward serves as Strategic Advisor to Aviation JVs at Altras Capital.
He is also the founder and Managing Director of VIP Aviation Services Ltd, and a worldwide aviation consultant thus having worked on over $500M+ of transactions over the course of his career. Mark has an excellent track record with established financial institutions, aviation lawyers and registrars around the world. Mark has established relationships with merchant banks and lenders of significant stature and has therefore secured his reputation in an international market place.
Mark is currently an active member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) UK setting and maintaining the highest level of standards for business leaders nationwide.
Mark holds an MBA and is a FAA and UK qualified commercial pilot with a first class reputation within the aviation industry.
Janus Kamradt
Senior Executive Director
Janus Kamradt is a Senior Executive Director at Altras Wealth with over 20 years experience in family office client acquisition and UHNW asset management.
Janus joined the Altras Wealth board in February 2020 while serving as Senior Vice President of Aircraft Asset Management at NetJets Europe, a Berkshire Hathaway company, and Director of Strategic Relations at the Bosarge Family Office.
Throughout his career in private client management, Janus has maintained his focus on the UHNW segment, luxury goods and aviation. Previous high profile senior positions include Group Sales and Marketing Director at Gama Aviation PLC, International Sales Director at Global Jet Concept (London, Geneva, Moscow and Monaco), Investment Sales Director and Non-Executive, LLC Inc (New York and Milan).
Janus holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi and an undergraduate in Law from University of Copenhagen.
His philanthropic work dates back over 22 years and include some of the world’s most impressive charitable organisations. Since 1998, Janus has played an instrumental role in shaping global fundraising and commercial partnerships for Dame Elizabeth’s amfAR and was a founding partner of Prince Albert’s Ocean Gala in Monaco where he serves as an Executive Advisor to the Prince Albert II Foundation. He is a proud member of the Vatican Conference Cura Foundation Committee and a loyal supporter of the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
